Once you've worked with him on your home project you will never want to, or need to go with or recommend anyone else.From the run down and walk through of the work that we wanted done, came a very articulate plan of what's involved and the estimated time it took for each task or room to be completed. Roman went over and beyond by requesting quotes often from two or more suppliers to determine the best price and quality of materials we were looking for. If he finds we can get a better deal with the subcontractor work or materials, he is on top of it to inform us. His pricing was super reasonable and he tries to stay within the budget we put forth. It was this honest genuine quality to help us save money that we happily put our full trust in his very capable hands. Especially being challenged renovating during covid19, we were well underway when the economy shut down in March. Roman continued to do what he could with his crew, often running to multiple stores to find materials that were getting scarce. Even when he hit a snag, he magically found ways through his network to locate items or pull through with the job at hand. My family had already moved out to a temporary lease nearby for ease of renos. We were so grateful for his constant communication on the stages of his work, making suggestions along the way and keeping us in the loop on those arrearing.Throughout the entire time, he showed tremendous courtesy to my neighbours by working on loud tasks such as demolition and hardwood flooring during a certain time leaving quieter jobs in the later evening.Our entire house was transformed, with the fabulous wall to ceiling fresh paint, hand scraped hardwood flooring throughout to an ultra luxe modern kitchen to die for and beautiful bright washrooms.
